Ms. Kalu
Accounting and physical education teacher, Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Elmwood Primary School
- Since 2013
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ms. Kalu
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Kalu: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
