I teach home economics at Ogbomosho Middle School in Ogbomosho since 2016. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I never turn anyone away.
Over the years I've had 350 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Kalu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Kalu: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
