Ms. Kahsay
Physical education and chemistry teacher, Jimma
- 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Since 1981
- English, Amharic
I teach physical education at Good Shepherd Academy in Jimma since 1981. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
Over the years I've had 2,700 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Kahsay
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Kahsay: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
