Ms. Kahsay
English literature and art teacher, Jimma
- 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Jimma Academy
- 1979 to 2013
- English, Amharic
I taught English literature at Jimma Academy in Jimma from 1979 to 2013. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I ran the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Ms. Kahsay
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
