I teach Spanish at Elmwood Secondary School in Gazipur since 1981. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 2,300 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
