Ms. Joubert
Chemistry and religious studies teacher, Cape Town
- 🇿🇦 Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
- Cape Town High School
- Since 1992
- English, Zulu
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 34 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,190 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Joubert
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Joubert: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me chemistry in 2011 at Cape Town High School. I still remember the rainy sports day.
