For ten years I was the social studies teacher at Baobab Secondary School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I'm learning the guitar. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ms. Joshi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Joshi: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
