I taught environmental science at Girona Secondary School in Girona from 1989 to 2002. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Jiménez
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
