Ms. Jilani
Social studies and agriculture teacher, Lahore
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Since 1982
- English, Urdu
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 44 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,800 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Jilani
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Jilani: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
