Ms. Jayasuriya
34 years teaching French in Colombo
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Girls' School
- 1991 to 2003
- English, Sinhala
For twelve years I was the French teacher at Colombo Girls' School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Ms. Jayasuriya: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
