I teach mathematics at St. Mary's Primary School in Kyiv since 1986. Most days I teach the youngest children, and my door is open at lunch.
Over the years I've had 1,960 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Ivanov
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Ivanov: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
