Ms. Ito
French and physics teacher, Tokyo
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Atlas Girls' School
- Since 1988
- Japanese
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 38 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Ms. Ito: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

you taught me French in 2019 at Atlas Girls' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
