Ms. Ismail
Early years and music teacher, Lahore
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Jacaranda Middle School
- Since 1991
- English, Urdu
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 35 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ms. Ismail
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

I was in your first-year students class in 1997. You believed I could do it before I did. Thank you again.
