I taught chemistry at Heritage Primary School in Kyiv from 2016 to 2024. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and my door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 240 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
