Ms. Igwe
35 years teaching agriculture in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Secondary School
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Igbo
I taught agriculture at Lagos Secondary School in Lagos from 2017 to 2025. Most days I taught teenagers, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Igwe
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Igwe: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
