Ms. Ibrahim
15 years teaching English literature in Shubra
- 🇪🇬 Shubra, Cairo, Egypt
- Shubra Girls' School
- 1996 to 2009
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Ms. Ibrahim
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Ibrahim: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
