Ms. Ibarra
16 years teaching biology in Brooklyn
- 🇺🇸 Brooklyn, New York, United States
- 1997 to 2009
- English, Spanish
I taught biology at Stonebridge Academy in Brooklyn from 1997 to 2009. Most days I taught teenagers, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Ms. Ibarra: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
