I taught religious studies at Silverlake Public School in Hồ Chí Minh City from 1986 to 2011. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I never once raised my voice.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
