Ms. Hughes
Teacher at Meadowbank Middle School, loves geography
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Meadowbank Middle School
- 1995 to 2017
- English
I taught geography at Meadowbank Middle School in Birmingham from 1995 to 2017. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 1,280 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Hughes
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Ms. Hughes: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.
