Ms. Howlader
Taught economics at Siliguri Middle School
- 🇮🇳 Siliguri, West Bengal, India
- Siliguri Middle School
- 1984 to 2003
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 490 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Howlader
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

I was in your primary school children class in 1989. You believed I could do it before I did.
