Ms. Houston
Economics teacher at Fairview Academy, 1979 to 2015
- 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
- Fairview Academy
- 1979 to 2015
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 36 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

What gifts mean to Ms. Houston: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me economics in 1985 at Fairview Academy. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
