Ms. Hassan
Retired chemistry teacher from Abuja Technical College
- 🇳🇬 Abuja, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
- Abuja Technical College
- 1979 to 1998
- English, Yoruba
For 19 years I was the chemistry teacher at Abuja Technical College. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Hassan
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Hassan: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
