Ms. Hartono
15 years teaching French in Medan
- 🇮🇩 Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia
- Jacaranda Academy
- 1997 to 2016
- English, Indonesian
For 19 years I was the French teacher at Jacaranda Academy. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ms. Hartono
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
