Ms. Hansen
34 years teaching English literature in San Diego
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- Since 2013
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Ms. Hansen: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
