Ms. Hamdan
Early years and environmental science teacher, Cairo
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Cairo Grammar School
- 1989 to 2015
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Ms. Hamdan: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me early years in 2001 at Cairo Grammar School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Greetings from Tel Aviv.
