For 16 years I have been the art teacher at Jakarta Selatan Primary School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 740 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Ms. Halim: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me art in 2012 at Jakarta Selatan Primary School. I still remember the long bus ride home.
