I teach economics at Yogyakarta Grammar School in Yogyakarta since 1989. Most days I teach Grade 4, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I've had 1,740 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
