Ms. Hakim
28 years teaching social studies in Malang
- 🇮🇩 Malang, East Java, Indonesia
- Malang Girls' School
- Since 1983
- English, Indonesian
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 43 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,850 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ms. Hakim
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Ms. Hakim: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me social studies in 1996 at Malang Girls' School. I still remember the rainy sports day. Thank you again.
