Ms. Hakim
Statistics and art teacher, Malang
- 🇮🇩 Malang, East Java, Indonesia
- Malang Secondary School
- 1994 to 2009
- English, Indonesian
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 15 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

I was in your Year 9 class in 1995. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Bonny.
