Ms. Haile
Teacher at Lincoln Academy, loves English literature
- 🇪🇹 Bahir Dar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Lincoln Academy
- 1987 to 2011
- English, Amharic
For 24 years I was the English literature teacher at Lincoln Academy. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Ms. Haile
If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

What gifts mean to Ms. Haile: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
