Ms. Guzmán
Home economics and art teacher, Veracruz
- 🇲🇽 Veracruz, Veracruz, Mexico
- Maple Ridge High School
- Since 1982
- Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 44 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I learn every name in the first week.
More about Ms. Guzmán
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Guzmán: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
