For 29 years I was the English literature teacher at Lalitpur Middle School. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 520 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ms. Gurung
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
