I taught history at Lafayette Secondary School in Lafayette from 1981 to 1993. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 320 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
What gifts mean to Ms. Grant: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

I was in your Grade 11 class in 1985. You believed I could do it before I did Truly.
