I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 46 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Ms. Gomes
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Gomes: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
