Ms. Githinji
Teacher at Jinja Technical College, loves social studies
- 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Jinja Technical College
- 1993 to 2025
- English
Jinja Technical College was my second home. I taught social studies there from 1993 to 2025, mostly mixed-ability classes.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Githinji
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Githinji: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
