I taught history and art at Nairobi Girls' School, Nairobi. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Githinji
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
