I taught history at Oakwood High School in San Diego from 1988 to 2025. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I ran the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Ms. Gibson
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Gibson: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me history in 2002 at Oakwood High School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
