Ms. Ghanem
Retired mathematics teacher from Cairo Academy
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Cairo Academy
- 1997 to 2013
- English
I taught mathematics at Cairo Academy in Cairo from 1997 to 2013. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 610 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Ghanem
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
