Ms. Getu

Taught home economics at Addis Ababa Girls' School

I taught home economics at Addis Ababa Girls' School in Addis Ababa from 1981 to 1993. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Thank you for stopping by.
