I taught home economics at Adama Middle School in Adama from 1982 to 2019. Most days I taught Year 10, and I never turned anyone away.
Over the years I had 1,890 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
