Ms. Gautam
Retired environmental science teacher from Heritage Academy
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Heritage Academy
- 1979 to 1997
- English, Nepali, Spanish
For 18 years I was the environmental science teacher at Heritage Academy. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 470 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Gautam
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Gautam: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
