Ms. García
36 years teaching environmental science in Guadalupe
- 🇲🇽 Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Guadalupe Technical College
- Since 1989
- Spanish
For 37 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Guadalupe Technical College. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. García
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. García: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me environmental science in 1996 at Guadalupe Technical College. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
