Ms. García
Computer science and drama teacher, Bogotá
- 🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia
- Harmony Primary School
- Since 2015
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. García
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. García: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
