Ms. Gaikwad
25 years teaching environmental science in Madurai
- 🇮🇳 Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Heritage High School
- Since 2016
- English, Gujarati
I teach environmental science at Heritage High School in Madurai since 2016. Most days I teach Year 7, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I've had 190 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Gaikwad
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Gaikwad: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
