I teach early years and physical education at Meadowbank Public School, Tokyo. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Fujii
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
