For 35 years I have been the history teacher at Freiburg Academy. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Ms. Friedrich
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Ms. Friedrich: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
