Ms. Flores
Drama and music teacher, Santa Rosa
- 🇵🇭 Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines
- Fairview Technical College
- 1990 to 2008
- English, Filipino
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ms. Flores
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Ms. Flores: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
