I teach design and technology at Los Angeles Boys' School in Los Angeles since 1991. Most days I teach Year 7, and I never turn anyone away.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I never turn anyone away.
More about Ms. Figueroa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Figueroa: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me design and technology in 1993 at Los Angeles Boys' School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.
