Ms. Fields
Retired special education teacher from Columbia Public School
- 🇺🇸 Columbia, Missouri, United States
- Columbia Public School
- 2015 to 2024
- English
I taught special education at Columbia Public School in Columbia from 2015 to 2024. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Fields
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
