I taught physical education and chemistry at San Diego Boys' School, San Diego. I played music while people worked.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ms. Fernandez
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Fernandez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
